Indulge in three exquisite courses, each thoughtfully paired with a fine wine. Begin with Dunkeld Scottish smoked salmon served with capers, shallots, and sourdough from the St John Bakery Paired with Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2018, Domaine Roger Perrin, followed by a hearty Balmoral Pheasant Pie with wild Scottish girolles, pancetta, and Tayside turnips, served alongside mashed potatoes, spiced red cabbage, apples, and horseradish paired with Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge 2018, Domaine Roger Perrin. Conclude this culinary journey with a selection of the finest British Farmhouse cheeses, accompanied by oatcakes, pear, and mustard fruits paired with Châteauneuf-du-Pape Réserve des Vieilles Vignes 2020 en Jeroboam, Domaine Roger Perrin.
