Begin with the rich flavours of wild mushrooms on toast accompanied by shallots, lovage, and aged Jerez vinegar paired with Vacqueyras Blanc ‘Les Clefs d’Or’ 2021, Le Clos des Cazaux, followed by the centerpiece: Roast Berwickshire Partridge served with game chips, redcurrant jelly, and bread sauce, accompanied by buttered cabbage, goose fat roast potatoes, and Boisdale’s signature Claret Gravy paired with Gigondas ‘Cuvée La Tour Sarrasine’ 2019 en Magnum, Le Clos des Cazaux. Conclude this indulgent experience with a selection of the finest British Farmhouse cheeses, served with oatcakes, pear, and mustard fruits paired with Vacqueyras ‘Cuvée des Templiers’ 2018 en Magnum, Le Clos des Cazaux.
