A tutored tasting of 5 Tenuta Montauto wines, hosted by Harry Christie from Davy’s Wine Merchants
Tenuta Montauto is located in Maremma, one of the wildest and unspoiled corners of Tuscany. Owner Riccardo Lepri took over the estate after his grandfather Enos in 2001. Riccardo selected the grapes that gave the best results on the land and now focuses on producing white wines, unusual for the region. Following an organic approach, he makes delicate wines with concentrated flavours that started to generate interest amongst critics.
Small canapes will be served alongside the wines.
