Cham­pi­oning the Great British roast, Bois­dale selects some of the very finest Scottish beef for the stun­ning cen­tre­piece of the new menu. An 18-hour slow roast dry-aged rib of beef, York­shire pud­ding, goose fat roast pota­toes, her­itage veg­eta­bles, red wine gravy is undoubt­ed­ly some of the high­est qual­i­ty meat avail­able in the capital.

Corina Kwami

American vocalist Corina Kwami blends her Ghanaian-Irish roots and experience living in 10+ countries across Africa, Latin America and Europe in her music and storytelling. An accomplished dancer as well, she has been heavily influenced by dances such as rhythm tap, samba and West African dance -  bringing a unique rhythmic take rooted in movement and story-telling that blends cultures, like jazz has for decades. Her show in quartet will feature her global repertoire of jazz, sambas and some originals. OR 

Described as a "modern Renaissance woman," Corina Kwami is a musician on stage and screen. She has performed in countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia with her projects (Corina Kwami Quartet, Jazz Age Dance Bands and Pangea) as well as a featured musician with projects in the UK and globally. Born in New Jersey, USA, to a Ghanaian and Irish family, her inspiration in jazz is flavoured with influences such as stride piano, West African high-life, Irish folk music and soul. She is motivated by the story-telling power of jazz and its potential for connecting people across cultures. Corina’s extended work also includes contributions from the arts to innovation, future cities and sustainability. As a recognized thought leader with a PhD, she has deepened pedagogy in bridging the arts and sciences in order to facilitate exchanges between these worlds.
