Fine Young Cannibals’ legendary frontman, Roland Gift, makes a hugely-anticipated return with his first few acoustic London shows in aeons.
Looking like Sidney Poitier but sounding like Otis Redding, Gift’s unmistakable haunting falsetto and matinee idol looks made him one of the biggest stars in the world, cooking up a golden run of indelible classics including She Drives Me Crazy, Good Thing, Ever Fallen In Love and Suspicious Minds before the band called it quits at the very height of their fame. We are extremely excited to welcome him to Boisdale Canary Wharf for what will undoubtedly be his most intimate show in years, so early booking is recommended.
