Celebrate Jamaican Independence Week with an unforgettable afternoon of music, food and Caribbean spirit as Wayne Hernandez returns to Boisdale of Canary Wharf for a joyous Rocksteady Reggae Lunch.

As Boisdale comes alive with a week-long celebration of Jamaican culture, this special Saturday lunch pays tribute to the music that shaped a nation. From the irresistible rhythms of ska and the soulful groove of rocksteady to the golden age of reggae and lovers rock, expect an uplifting live performance celebrating the artists whose songs continue to inspire generations across the world.

At the heart of the afternoon is Boisdale favourite Wayne Hernandez, one of Britain's most respected soul and reggae vocalists. Having performed alongside musical icons including Tina Turner, Madonna, Blur, Gorillaz and Tori Amos, Wayne brings extraordinary warmth, authenticity and effortless musicianship to every performance. His rich, expressive voice breathes new life into Jamaica's timeless songbook while remaining true to the spirit of the originals.

Expect vibrant island flavours including West Indian Saltfish Fritters, King Prawn, Scottish Salmon & Coconut Rundown, Jerk Chicken with Rice & Peas, Caribbean Mac & Triple Cheese and our signature 'One Love' Pizza - bringing a true taste of Jamaica to the heart of Canary Wharf.
