A seasoned performer on the UK club circuit, Oliver has spent years honing his craft both as a compelling solo acoustic artist and as the leader of a tight, roots-driven quartet featuring top-tier musicians including Dean Beresford (Imelda May, Richard Hawley) on drums and Al Gare (Imelda May, King Pleasure & The Biscuit Boys) on double bass.
Drawing inspiration from Delta blues, fingerpicking folk, rockabilly and early rock ’n’ roll, Oliver's performances combine grit, groove and soul in equal measure, delivered with effortless authenticity and musicianship.
Last year saw Oliver touring extensively with Imelda May across the UK, Ireland and Spain, as well as appearing at major festivals including Hyde Park, Glastonbury and Black Deer. Now he returns to the spotlight in his own right, bringing audiences a night of raw, heartfelt music from a performer with deep roots and serious chops.
