Led by the captivating Hilary Mwelwa, Hil St Soul have earned an international reputation for their refined, emotionally rich sound.
Having performed at major festivals across the globe and shared stages with legends such as James Brown and D’Angelo, the band brings a depth of experience and musical sophistication that resonates from the very first note.
Born in Zambia and raised on the voices of Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, and Marvin Gaye, Mwelwa channels classic soul influences through a contemporary lens. As the Boston Globe so perfectly described, she possesses “a beguiling voice with a whiff of Whitney here and a scoop of Chaka there.”

Times & Seating
- Arrival: We recommend arriving between 6:30pm and 7:00pm.
- Show Times: Performances usually start between 8.30pm and 9.00pm. Finishing times vary depending on the show, but all performances finish no later than 11.00pm.
- Weekend Lunch: Available Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00pm, with live music from 1:00pm.
- Single Tickets: Solo ticket holders will be seated at shared tables.
